Dear Valued Member,
On behalf of First American, I would like to thank you for your patience during our transition period. I know the transition has been inconvenient at times, but I assure you it will all be worthwhile in the long run.
If you've had a chance to log into the new CU Banking system you've probably noticed some changes, like seeing your mortgage information for the first time. If you have tried to log in, but with no success, please following these instructions:
- Click on the CU Banking button on our homepage or go to www.cubanking.com, and enter your Access ID. Your Access ID is your member account number.
- Then enter in your password, which has been reset to the last 6 digits of your Social Security Number.
- You will then be prompted to change your password. Your password must be between 8-16 characters with at least 6 apha characters, 1 numerical character and 1 unique character (i.e. !,@,#).
Remember, only follow these instructions if you haven't logged into CU Banking since the transition.
To further assist you in navigating our new online services, download our helpful user guide. If at any time you have questions, you can also click on the Help link located at the bottom of your CU Banking screen or contact us at 800-776-7159.
Other items to note:
- Transactions prior to 11/8/08 cannot be accessed through CU Banking. You can obtain an account history print-out for previous transactions from the teller line at no charge.
- If you have exported information from CU Banking to Quicken in the past, please download the instructions for your version as some things have changed.
- If you have e-statements but are not currently signed up for CU Banking, you will need to sign up to access your statement(s) for 11/8/08 - 12/15/08 and future statements. As a reminder, you can still access your statement(s) for 11/1/08 - 11/7/08 using this link or click on "Access E-Statements prior to 11/8/08" on our homepage under the CU Banking button. We encourage you print any statement(s) you would like to keep for tax purposes before the link is disabled on 11/30/08.
