We’re very excited about the new financial services program. We feel it more closely matches the needs of our members and you’ll receive an even greater level of service. The First American Retirement Solutions Center* is a service of CUNA Brokerage Services, Inc., which services credit unions nationwide, and offers retirement, insurance and investment services to credit union members. Because this program was created specifically for credit unions and their members, you can trust that your interests always come first – it’s the credit union advantage.
We would also like to take this opportunity to introduce Carol Diest as the new full-time First American Retirement Solutions Center financial advisor. Carol Diest will provide services to those members who formerly worked with Cheri Adair.
Members' accounts or policies with LPL Financial can be serviced by CUNA Brokerage Services through the First American Retirement Solutions Center. For members who have been utilizing our financial services, you’ll soon be receiving a mailing, if applicable, that will provide you with the necessary forms for you to request servicing through the First American Retirement Solution Center.

Give the gift that always fits! Visa Gift Cards are available to purchase in any of our branches or online. Visa gift cards are a great option for birthdays, holidays, weddings, showers, graduations and more. Gift cards can be loaded with values up to $1,000 ($500 if purchased online).
When purchasing online, it gives both the recipient and the gift giver complete flexibility and convenience. The gift giver can choose a denomination, purchase the gift card and choose to have the gift card sent directly to the recipient, or sent to the gift giver.
24-Hour Depository
We understand that our members' lives are busy and they can't always make it to the Credit Union to deposit their funds. That's why we have 24-hour outside depository boxes at each branch. These depository boxes are safe and secure, and cleared each morning. Top of page

First American can issue money orders to members for a secure payment to just about anyone.

Debt Protection
Life is unpredictable. You may worry about unexpected, real-life events that could leave you scrambling to pay your monthly bills. First American's debt protection can help relieve financial pressure in the event of death, disability or involuntary unemployment.

Savings Bonds
Savings Bonds make great gifts for birthdays, holidays, baptisms or christenings. Visit a branch near you to purchase your next gift. Please bring the following information when purchasing: recipient's name, address, and Social Security number.
Safe Deposit Boxes
Protect your important valuables from fire, theft, or accidental loss. Rent a safe deposit box from First American. All boxes are 26" deep; height x width (in inches) measurement options are detailed below. Annual Safe Deposit Box fees are as follows:

GAP Waiver Coverage
Most people believe that if their vehicle is totaled or stolen, their primary insurance will pay off their loan balance. Well, think again! The amount your primary insurance will usually pay only the actual cash value of your vehicle less your deductible, which could be substantially lower than your loan balance. The result is a financial GAP where you must pay the difference - often times thousands of dollars out of your pocket.
First American's GAP Waiver Coverage will cover the difference. You may even cover your insurance deductible up to $1,000. Thus, your loan balance will be paid in full, and possibly your deductible, and you can move on to purchasing another vehicle. Contact a Service Specialist for more details. Top of page
CHECKWISE (formerly Get Checking)
CHECKWISE is an educational program designed for people who currently don't have an account with a financial institution, but want one. If you've never had an account or you don't know how to start one, or you've had problems in the past with accounts and haven't been able to re-establish an account. The CHECKWISE Program offers you the opportunity to start fresh despite past account history. License Plates & Stickers
Get your license plates and stickers right from your branch. Our Rockton branch can sell Illinois and Wisconsin, but our Janesville and Beloit branches can only sell Wisconsin. Top of page
